Keter Moves Its North American Headquarters to Alpharetta
Keter, a company founded in 1948 that sells resin storage and outdoor products in more than 100 countries, has moved its North American headquarters from Boca Raton to Alpharetta. The new office is in the Preston Ridge area and covers 16,122 square feet, with about $952,000 in renovations behind it. Seven other leases were signed in the same office park this year. When a company picks a city for its headquarters, the people who work there start looking at nearby homes. Six High Schools That Serve Alpharetta Made the State Top 40
U.S. News has released its 2026-2027 list of the best high schools in Georgia, and six schools that serve Alpharetta residents landed in the top 40. Innovation Academy ranked third, Northview eighth, Chattahoochee fifteenth, Johns Creek twenty-third, Milton twenty-eighth and Alpharetta High thirty-second. The ranking looks at college readiness, curriculum breadth, state test results, performance of underserved students and graduation rate. Rankings are one input and not the whole picture, so visit the school and check the attendance zone for any address before you make an offer. I can pull the zone for any home you are considering.

Your Fall Calendar for Alpharetta
If you are thinking about living in Alpharetta, the next few weeks are a good time to see how the city handles community life. The Halloween Spootacular is Sunday, October 11 at Ameris Bank Amphitheater. Boo Bash at The Grove at Wills Park is Saturday, October 17, and trick-or-treating at The Plaza at Avalon is Saturday, October 24.
